2. What we collect
2.1 Information you send us through the contact form
When you submit the form on this website, we receive the following, all of it typed by you:
- Your full name
- Your work email address
- The name of your agency and, if you provide it, its website
- The size of your team, selected from a list of ranges
- An indication of monthly revenue, selected from a list of ranges, with an option to decline
- The message you write describing what you want to fix
- The fact that you checked the consent box, and when
Please do not send us confidential client information, personal data about third parties, or financial account details through this form. It is not the right channel for any of that.
2.2 Information collected automatically
This website does not run analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or any other tracking technology. We do not set cookies for these purposes, and we do not build a profile of your visit.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These logs exist for security and for keeping the server running, they are handled by the provider, and we do not use them to identify you.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.
4. Who else processes your data
To run the website and answer you, we rely on a small number of service providers who act on our instructions:
- Web3Forms, which receives the contact form submission and delivers it to our inbox
- SiteGround, which hosts this website and keeps the server logs described above
- Google, which provides the email inbox where your message arrives and is stored
Each of these providers has its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
5. Where your data goes
Black Lion Consulting LLC is established in the United States, and the providers listed above may process data in the United States or elsewhere. If you write to us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, your information will be transferred outside your country. Where such a transfer requires a safeguard under applicable law, we rely on the mechanisms offered by the providers concerned, including standard contractual clauses where they apply.
6. How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not lead to a conversation are deleted within 24 months
- Inquiries that lead to an engagement are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterward as tax and accounting rules require
- You can ask us to delete your inquiry sooner, and we will, unless we are required to keep it
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these, write to infoblacklionconsulting@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days. We will not charge you for it, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and you believe we have handled your data badly, you can also complain to your national supervisory authority.
8. Security
This website is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access to the inbox that receives your message is restricted to Mattia Fabbri and protected by two-factor authentication. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise, but we take the handling of your information seriously.
9. Children
This website is aimed at business owners. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
